Tenant Satisfaction Survey

The Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard requires all registered providers to generate Tenant Satisfaction Surveys (TSM) as specified by the regulator.

The Tenant Satisfaction Measures are a list of questions, set by the Regulator, which all social landlords must ask residents. From your answers we can measure how well you think we’re performing, and better understand what we can improve.

The TSMs are made up of 12 perception questions, about what you think of our service.

Small providers do not need to report to the regulator but must carry out perception surveys at least once every two years. Small providers are permitted to collect and report annual TSMs according to a reporting year other than 1 April to 31 March.
